The Skullerz 8965F(x) Bump Cap Hat with Rechargeable LED Light is a premium bump cap hat with an ultra-bright LED light, making it an ideal hands-free lighting solution where head protection is also needed. Simply click the button on the front of the bump cap to switch between four light modes—low, medium, high and max. The LED light provides distance lighting for visibility up to 62 ft and with a lumen output of 15 to 150, this multi-mode LED bump cap delivers the right light for close-up tasks. With up to 10.5 hours of runtime (on low) for each battery charge, you'll always have visibility when you need it most. A micro-USB charging cord is included (micro-USB on one end with USB on the other for connection to power source). The bump cap fully recharges in up to 6.5 hours, with the light flashing while charging. Lining the insert is a removable, washable and antimicrobial foam pad for enhanced comfort, protection and airflow. This pad also prevents sweat from dripping down into eyes. Vents in the insert and a foam pad draw heat away from the head, while cooling channels allow additional airflow above the pad. These features combined with vented laser-cut polyester mesh on the hat itself keeps workers cool and comfortable on the job. This safety bump cap meets the ANSI/ISEA 100-2024 and EN 812-2012 standard for industrial bump caps. Typically worn in tight spaces where protection from lower energy worker-generated impacts can occur such as low ceilings, beams, low pipes and other bump hazards, bump caps are not as heavy and bulky as more protective hard hats and safety helmets.
